2. Eliminate the Moisture Source
Mold thrives on moisture — removing its source ensures lasting treatment results.
Mold remediation is only fully effective if the underlying moisture problem is addressed.
In most cases, moisture issues can be resolved with little or no demolition.
In severe cases (e.g., hurricane or flood), demolition and reconstruction may be required.
Mold Champions does not perform demolition, but we will coordinate with your professional contractors to ensure the damaged areas are fully exposed and accessible.
Our trained technicians use advanced diagnostic tools to help identify hidden moisture sources.
3. Prepare the Area
Protect your belongings and identify areas of concern before treatment begins.
Our organic mold treatment is safe for people, pets, and plants.
Remove any items that are water-sensitive (e.g., paper documents, delicate artwork, musical instruments).
Large or sensitive items that remain will be professionally covered and protected by our technicians.
Prior to treatment, a technician will walk through the area with you to identify specific concerns.
4. Treatment
We treat visible mold and airborne spores using our organic, hypochlorous CHAMPION solution.
After a walkthrough, ensuring the area is properly prepped, technicians will begin the treatment process
Direct spraying and removal of surface mold.
Fogging of affected areas and HVAC vents with our proprietary CHAMPION solution.
CHAMPION is Mold Champion’s proprietary brand of a non-toxic, residue-free, and organic fungus killing solution. Applied either directly to surfaces or aerosolized into vapor, it acts to kill mold at the source and to neutralize any mold spores. Eliminating both mold and spores, CHAMPION reduces current and future regrowth, especially when combined with proper moisture control.
After fogging, we clean any visible mold residue, dry all treated surfaces, and ventilate the space.
Note: Mold can discolor surfaces. While CHAMPION eliminates mold, some staining may require painting or replacement, handled by a professional contractor.
5. Review Results
Post-treatment confirmation and peace of mind – guaranteed.
Walkthrough with your Mold Champion to confirm treatment of identified areas.
You may safely re-enter the treated areas approximately one hour after fogging is completed.
If pre-treatment testing was performed, we collect air and surface samples from the same locations for comparison.
Post-treatment samples are analyzed by the same independent, third-party certified laboratory.
We review the results with you to confirm successful remediation.
The MOLD CHAMPION’s Guarantee:
Post-treatment mold spore levels will be lower than/equal to
pre-treatment baseline control levels.
